- Visual inspection using moisture detection tools, thermal imaging, and camera inspection of the interior of the walls
- Air Sampling and testing
- Tape lift/swab sampling if visual microbial growth is present
- Relative and specific humidity calibrated with thermal hygrometer

- Determine the level and cause of mold contamination
- Provide a plan and diagram for successful remediation of mold
- Safely and effectively remove mold!
- Provide reccommended actions to take to prevent mold contamination from returning
- Provide recommended actions to dramatically decrease the chances of future water intrusion or mold contamination.

- Extraction and removal of water
- Quick and effective drying of the area using high-velocity fans and dehumidifiers
- Repair and restore the area of any damage that occurred from water, including any formation of mold.
- We work with our contractor partners to assist with any repairs/restorations needed
- Air filtration with HEPA-rated air scrubbers
